Important information for our guests

At Arena Zone Hotel & Café we have adopted a series of measures to ensure the safety and well-being of our guests. In response to the current COVID-19 situation, we have implemented strict protocols for cleanliness, hygiene and social distancing. This allows us, together with the unique conditions of our establishment, to offer an exclusive and safe experience.

Cleaning and hygiene measures

All our staff are equipped with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and receive continuous training in hygiene standards and new habits.

Temperature monitoring of all our employees, as well as the implementation of a policy of reporting the slightest symptom or illness.

New procedures for cleaning and disinfection of installations with new specific products with maximum effectiveness on all surfaces, objects and decorative elements.

Cleaning on request: You can decide whether or not to use the cleaning service during your stay. The cleaning of the room will always be done in the absence of the client.

All items in the room that cannot comply with cleaning protocols (e.g. stationery) are removed.

Hand-hydro-alcohol solution dispensers will be available in common areas.

New safety and disinfection amenities for guests: disinfectant gel and masks will be provided during your stay.

Social distancing measures

Pre-arrival information and online check-in. We will contact you prior to arrival to inform you of all arrangements. Online check-in will be offered prior to arrival to minimise interaction with staff.

Breakfast in our Arena Zone Café with limited seating and more space between tables.

You will have a personalised customer service through our customer portal.
