Cookie Policy

The purpose of this Policy is to help you understand how the Entity uses cookies, the purpose of the cookies used, as well as the options available to you to manage them.

1. WHAT ARE COOKIES?

Cookies are files that are downloaded to the user's computer in order to collect data, which are essential for the correct functioning of the Entity's web pages, applications or any other website, providing advantages to the user, facilitating browsing and usability, and which may be updated and recovered by the entity responsible for their installation.

2. TYPES OF COOKIES THAT MAY BE USED BY THE ENTITY

The cookies that may be used by the Entity are:

1. Depending on the entity that manages them:

First-party cookies: These are cookies that are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed by the group and from which the service requested by the user is provided.

Third-party cookies: These are cookies that are sent to the user's terminal equipment from a computer or domain managed or not by the group, with a third party processing the data obtained through the cookies.

2. According to the length of time they remain activated in the terminal equipment:

Session cookies: These cookies are designed to collect and store data while the user accesses a website or application. They are used to store information that only needs to be kept for the provision of the service requested by the user on a single occasion.

Persistent cookies: These are cookies in which the data remains stored in the terminal and can be accessed and processed for a period defined by the group, which can range from a few minutes to several years.

Depending on the purpose for which the data obtained through the cookies are processed:

  • Technical Cookies: These are those that allow the user to browse through a website, platform or application and use the different options or services that exist on it.
  • Personalisation cookies: These cookies allow the user to access the service with certain predefined general characteristics, depending on a series of criteria in the user's terminal (for example, the language, the type of browser used to access the service, the regional configuration from which the service is accessed, etc.).
  • Analysis cookies: These cookies allow the monitoring and analysis of the behaviour of the users of the websites to which they are linked. The information collected through this type of cookies is used to measure the activity of the websites, application or platform and to create browsing profiles of the users of these sites, in order to introduce improvements based on the analysis of the data on the use made by the users of the service. You can consult the analysis cookies used by the Entity in the following
    • Advertising Cookies: These are those that allow the management, in the most effective way possible, of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, have been included on a website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided, based on criteria such as the edited content or the frequency at which the advertisements are shown. The Entity does not integrate cookies of this type within the web services provided to the user.
    • Behavioural advertising cookies: These cookies enable the management, in the most effective way possible, of the advertising spaces that, where appropriate, have been included on a website, application or platform from which the requested service is provided. These cookies store information on user behaviour obtained through continuous observation of their browsing habits, which allows a specific profile to be developed in order to display advertising based on the same. The Entity does not integrate cookies of this type within the web services provided to the user.

3. REVIEW OF THE COOKIE POLICY

Data retention periods or criteria

The data will be kept until the purpose for which the information has been processed is terminated. Once this has happened, the data will be kept in a blocked form for the attention of possible legal or administrative requirements until the prescription of the same.

In particular, customer preferences are retained to optimise the experience for future visits to our hotel for a maximum of 5 years.

RECIPIENTS: TO WHICH RECIPIENTS ARE YOUR DATA COMMUNICATED?

The Entity will review the Cookies Policy annually, unless there are regulatory or other requirements that make it necessary to adapt the Policy less frequently. Therefore, users are advised to periodically consult its content.
