In accordance with the current regulations regarding the treatment and custody of objects found in Arena Zone Hotel & Café Valencia, our action protocol will be as described below:
In the event that a member of the Hotel staff finds an object, item or garment of any kind in one of the rooms, he/she will inform Reception so that it can be identified with the room number and therefore with the corresponding guest.
Likewise, if the object is found in the Cafeteria area, the person who finds it will inform Reception for registration with identification and description of the object.
Once registered in our Lost Property Register, and due to the Hotel's privacy and confidentiality policy, the object found will be kept in our offices by the corresponding department for a period of TWO MONTHS from the time it is located and registered.
If, during the established period, the owner of the object contacts the Hotel, he/she must identify the room in which he/she stayed and the check-in and check-out dates, so that the information contained in our Lost Property Register can be checked.
Once the relevant checks have been carried out, the manner in which the object is to be recovered shall be agreed with the holder of the object.
Once the period established in the previous point has elapsed, the object, item or garment will be taken to the Lost Property Office of Valencia City Council, where it will be dealt with according to the protocol established by the City Council itself.
Arena Zone Hotel & Café is not responsible for lost items and does not guarantee that they will be found.
